CHICAGO — Lawson Products – No. 39 on Industrial Distribution's 2015 Big 50 List – a distributor of products and services to the MRO marketplace, today announced the acquisition of Perfect Products Company of Michigan. The transaction closed on March 7, with terms not disclosed. Founded in 1959, Perfect Products is a family-owned full-service fastener, bolt, nut, clip and screw distribution company that specializes in offering supplies for domestic and imported vehicles. Perfect Products serves automotive repair shops, body shops and industrial clients from Grand Rapids and Detroit, MI to Toledo, OH.
