He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer at Applied Industrial Technologies from 2008 to 2013, and held other executive and management positions within the company since 1994. Mondics holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mining Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh.
