Shrader Tire & Oil Co. recently acquired the lubricant business from Keneco Distributors of Findlay, Ohio. Owned by Mary Beilharz-Miller and her late husband, Brad, Keneco had been in business for 35 years. Shrader Tire & Oil has assumed all lubricant operations of Keneco's 18,750-square-foot facility in northwest Ohio, as well as inventory, vehicles and equipment. Key Keneco personnel in management, sales and operations have decided to join Shrader to provide business continuity.
