Its high-precision feed gripper, combined with a servo feed system and cutting pressure control, delivers cycle times up to twice as fast as conventional saws. The system automatically adjusts feed rates to different materials, optimizing performance and extending blade life. Fully automatic height adjustment and rapid traverse lowering further minimize non-productive time, increasing overall efficiency and throughput.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">A user-friendly, powerful PC control interface simplifies operation and supports seamless integration with material handling systems, enhancing workflow and automation. The saw’s micro spray lubrication and built-in coolant systems keep the blade cool and clean, while carbide band guides and angled band wheels reduce vibration and blade fatigue, ensuring cleaner cuts and longer tool life. The precision portal-design guide system, with its stable, low-vibration saw frame and linear guides, ensures optimal cutting results and maximum service life. The closed table support, combined with an innovative connection to material handling systems, ensures maximum process reliability during fully automatic operation. Additionally, the electrically driven chip brush enhances safety and maintains consistent performance, while the infeed-side lifting roller enables smooth feeding of heavy or long workpieces, reducing operator fatigue and increasing throughput. The feed gripper features a 3,000mm (10ft) length and a retracting fixed jaw, reliably positioning and feeding even slightly bent profiles into the machine. Its specifically angled sawing capability enables higher cutting speeds and reduced burr formation when processing girders, angled steel, U profiles, and hollow rectangular profiles. A 3° inclination of the saw blade further boosts cutting performance on hollow profiles and beams while minimizing burr formation. Optional features such as a line laser for accurate material positioning, along with a torsionally rigid gantry for low-vibration operation further enhance precision and efficiency. The saw frame, mounted on oversized axial roller bearings, swivels easily for manual angle adjustments and faster setup.</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12px;">Maintenance is efficient thanks to hydraulic blade tensioning, integrated diagnostics, and quick-change chip brushes with tool-less access panels, all designed to minimize downtime and maximize uptime.
